Best in the city for Kettlebell, Spinning, Yoga & Crossfit. They have the most KB classes in the city, one of, if not the only yoga rope wall, and the most qualified, friendly and encouraging trainers you'll ever find. No attitude here, and the clientele are great too. No selfie-takers or show-offs. The space is brand new, and they thought of every detail, right down to having extra hair elastics in the ladies room, and the softest towels for your post workout shower. Lea is the greatest yoga instructor in the city, without question. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. They truly demonstrated the desire for me to find the right runners, and I tested out 6 pairs of shoes, at their insistence. They actually asked if I am ok with testing another pair of shoes, just to make sure I get the perfect pair Knowledgable, relatable, but most importantly, trustworthy advice from very nice people. A new lifelong customer was created today!
