Great conference space for larger events. Helpful staff and all amenities. There is a ballroom that can fit up to 600 people with a mainstage, around 20+ rooms fitting 50-150people and a great catering service.

Disgusting. Allergic to all the dust... stains on mattresses, no TV. Seriously wondering how they can charge $160/night for a place you'll get sick in. Absolutely filthy. Spend the extra $100 for a real hotel. I have no idea how this place is still open for business.

This place is located between Bay st and University st, pretty close to downtown Toronto. Subway (St. Patrick) is only 3 min walk. If you stay in Toronto more than a week, this place is good candidate. Room is OK, but not super OK though.

This place is good if your spending a night or a weekend downtown. Me and my boyfriend stayed here between May 15th to the 16th, the hotel/dorm is pretty dated the rooms can you some very serious renovations along with the hallways. When we got into the rooms there's a very lack of facilities available, there was no TV no hangers or ironing board etc. If you really want to see TV that badly I was suggest you connect to the free Wi-Fi using your phone or iPad to connect to the Internet and watching Netflix that's what me and my boyfriend did! I found the beds extremely uncomfortable I had a hard time sleeping due the mattress being so hard! But what do you expect to get for $109 a night But the price includes a complementary breakfast every morning which is pretty good XD The location itself is really good because it's at eight minute walk to the Young and Dundas Square, Eaton centre and plenty of other stores and restaurants! I would stay here again if I spend the night downtown in the near future I didn't really have too much issues with cleanliness or the staff personally!
