Dr. Masri is good at his job, but the organizational aspect: scheduling, wait times, receptionist and administrative duties is unprofessional.

This office is hard to get a hold of, I called about 15 times and it took a week just to get someone to cancel my appointment. The answering machine is full, the receptionist is not friendly. Would not recommend.

Dr. Elm Masri is an exceptional doctor! Someone left a negative review here saying that it was unfair to have such a long waiting time. The doctor works pretty much around the clock to accommodate the patients in need at the hospital and two clinics. Would it be better if the doctor worked 9-5 and then people would nee to wait for over 6 months to get an appointment!
My mom had a tumor. Dr. El Masri was very successful performing a surgery to get this tumor removed. It was very complicated 5 hour surgery. The possible complications were explained to us, and we were lucky to have none of them after she has recovered. Dr. El Masri is very attentive to details, never rushes his patients and makes sure that everything is done in the best way possible in the the best interest of his patients. He is a very talented and highly skilled surgeon who is very focused on the well being of his patients.

I have been calling this office to confirm my appointment in the past 4 weeks every single day, several times a day. There's never anyone to pick up the phone and their voice mailbox is always full. I got a chance to leave a message once last week and no one bothered to return my call. I haven't even got a chance to see the doctor but disgusted by how the office runs. Although my appointment was scheduled for an emergency visit and I have to drive 40 Km to get there, I would rather not to go since my call wasn't returned to confirm and wait several more months to see another specialist whose their office runs promptly and efficiently.

Dr. El masri is an amazing doctor. He's pleasant and an expert. He Cured with my chronic sinusitis within few visits. there is a wait in his clinic but that's understandable since he's a surgeon and sometimes emergency surgeries just happen.
