Worst customer service!
After 4 days waiting for getting registration approval, I got this email:
"It looks like we had to lock your account.
Why would your account be locked? Your account may be locked for unpaid invoices, misuse of the service, involvement in an accident or at your request." !!!

WORST customer service. Horrible experience! You park the car on the street, you go back to pick up the car and the car is OUT OF SERVICE, you wait for 2 hours to pick up the car but they cant restart the service. You leave frustrated at 3am after 2h of waiting and 1 hour on the phone with customer service and you eventually have to pay the ticket! WORST SERVICE EVER. Zipcar again and again!

Neat concept, terrible customer service. Expect to wait on hold for a long time only to receive no help whatsoever. Customer service reps will lie to you in order to get you off the phone.

Parking rules are incredibly unclear. Takes me longer to find a parking spot that fits their strange, impossible to interpret parking rules than to drive the places I go. Do not recommend. Stick to uber.

I rented a car to go to Sunnyside park which is shown on the map as part of the Home Area. When I reached there, I was not allowed to end the rental at the public parking lot. When I called customer service, they said its a 'restricted area' which does not show up on the map. There was no valid street parking within a mile of this park.
I asked what is the point of the Home Area map, to which they had no reply. When I asked for a refund, I was not given one, just a vague promise of 'escalation' and reply in 2-3 business days. Do not rely on car2go. You never know which area could be restricted.
