Before I started training with Optimal Body, I was drained and sore from past injuries. After training for almost 2 years, I feel great and energized. I now have rebuilt the muscle mass in my legs and feel young again. I crave going to workout in the morning before work, which is a surprise to myself. It is also a mental relaxation as I don't think of anything else while I'm there.
Without the personal training I could never have done this alone.

I absolutely highly recommend Optimal Body Personal Training! I joined almost one year ago and have never been in better shape in my life. I have always worked out but this is another level. The atmosphere that Paul and Lissa create at the gym allows people of all ages and all levels of fitness to work together in a completely non-competitive and comfortable environment. The sessions are very small - no more than 12 participants. They always provide several options of the excercises so that, whatever your level, you can get a complete body workout. The 45 minute sessions fly by and you really feel your entire body has been impacted. I can not say enough about this gym, I simply love going.

We have a great time in our group sessions. Very welcoming environment, not intimidating if you are new to the gym scene. Paul and Lissa are very knowledgeable and approachable, workouts have multiple difficulty levels so everyone can exercise at their own speed. Would highly recommend Optimal Body.

Awesome place to workout! I am coming up to my second anniversary of training and still look forward to going to my workouts. The workouts are different every time and always challenging. Paul and Lissa provide personal assistance on technique and help you get the most out of each of your workouts. They also provide nutritional information and weight loss advice. No judgement by the trainers or by other members. They offer the opportunity to try their program for free. Check it out. You will enjoy it!

I love going there. It's a friendly atmosphere and no one judges you. Everyone is there for the same reason...to challenge themselves to be the best they can be.
Paul and Lisa make your workouts fun and take the time to discuss your goals.
