Bill is the owner and he's genuinely a really nice guy, I don't doubt that for a second.

I've given this broker plenty of attempts to
keep my business, but they continued to disappoint.

My home insurance policy, they let lapse. I went in to renew and was told by my agent that she was trying to get me a cheaper premium. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with her (2 visits and an email), and left uninsured in a really bad windstorm, another agent at Allcoast told me (after a 3rd visit) my policy was cancelled and I'd have to reapply for a new policy. (She said they'd be in touch with me within a day.) I did reapply, but as soon as I left Allcoast, I went straight to another broker to see if they could do anything for me. And that other broker did.

About 6 weeks after starting the reapplication, my agent at Allcoast finally called me back with a quote, but it was too late.

I also took my auto insurance elsewhere. To keep a long story short, after leaving 3 messages for my agent (1 email, 1 message through the Allcoast website, and 1 phone message) regarding renewing my auto insurance policy with no response from her, the other broker, once again, got my business.

Bill, I don't know what's going on at Allcoast, but you need to surround yourself with a more capable and competent staff. I'm sorry to say that, but it's true. You're a nice guy and someone needs to tell you that. Best of luck to you, man. I sincerely mean that!

Not surprised to see additional reviews of how HORRIBLE this company is to deal with. From changing my banking information, to requesting policy information to adding a new vehicle to my policy-NOBODY at this establishment exhibits one ounce of customer service. If you even attempt to address the lack of customer service and dissatisfaction you get talked over and hung up on apparently. I called back and requested to speak to the manager Bill Hickey, and was told by Bill and I quote: ' Well there are lots of other insurance companies out there'!! Wow-instead of handling a customer complaint and showing genuine concern you just shove me off to another company lol awesome. Not surprised you guys removed your Facebook page either-I'm sure it was inundated with unhappy customers. As of May 2018 when my policy is up for renewal I'll be glad to move on-you are the of the worst.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! I cancelled my policy & they continue to take payments, I call to ask why and am told it takes 30 days to take affect? It's been 6 weeks now & still no refund. Also no one ever answers the phones or returns emails. Save your the headache & find another insurance company!

Never ever choose allcoast. Service is disgusting. I got auto insurance from allcoast and never have good experience. First time in my life have this kind of horrible service. Fully liar.

Absolutely the WORST auto insurance company. Raising prices for no reason. A month after my $620 down payment and $325 monthly payment they called me saying they wanted ANOTHER $742 downpayment along with $475 a month
