Asked for a tasting sample and the lady refused to provide one , another customer came after 5 minutes and they were offered a food sample. Not impressed on how they bias their customers based on their ethnicity.

Staff is so rude and disrespectful. I just asked her to make sure not to put veggies in my chicken. She completely ignored me and passed on the food to other worker. When I finally got her attention, she said "Do it yourself" in a really rude manner. I was so tempted to just leave the whole food and go away but instead I kept quiet and paid for it. No doubt I am not visiting that place ever again and would suggest the same.

Food not good, chef don't know how to cook. Food is too less, still feel hungry after eat.

I asked them if they had happy hour like every other stores because they used to do the 5$ special everyday at 8:30 before the mall closes. The lady gave me a dead eyed stare when i was just asking very politely that if the promotions still going on anymore. I won't deny they have really good food here but the customers service sucks. That lady later pointed at me when i was sitting on the table close by and laughed at me with her co workers. As an Asian myself, i would never buy anything from here again.

I love their food so much, that's best one in the Niagara outlet. I always coming here for my lunch, sometimes they were so busy like hundred of people in front of their store. Everyone in the store are work hard and they still give smile to customers and say thank you to them. SO GOOD SERVICES! I like Szechuan! ALSO THE SHIRT RIB NOODLE SOUP IS NO.1!!!!!!!!
