Went to check the place out for the infamous ag night, bouncer kicked out everyone waiting in line for 40 minutes in the cold while many guys pushed in during that time. Did'nt get in. Try making a better line to get in Twisted Tartan.

They get a couple stars because the food was okay, but the service was awful! Our waitress consistently ignored people at our table, had to clarify orders multiple times, and then they were often wrong when we got them.

Read the reviews when a friend invited me out, thought it couldn't be too bad.
I was wrong. The service was unfathomably terrible.
Despite writing down drink orders, multiple people at our table were served the wrong beers. The syrup for the diet Coke hadn't been refilled so mixed drinks tasted awful. Kept having to flag down the waitress to put in orders, and she was visibly annoyed when splitting up bills.
We won't ever spend money here again, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

On September 29, 2017 I had the worst experience in my life at any establishment I have ever been to. I checked the Facebook page for any events happening at the establishment and I couldn't find anything going on. So I came to the bar and saw that 3/4 of the tables had been reserved for a steak night. I said whatever, I'm here for the Rider game. Knowing that Captain Morgans Spiced Rum was included in the $9 deal I ordered 5 over the course of the game. I received my bill and they were $11.50 a glass. I asked to talk to the owner and he then directed me to the manager on duty. I received no sympathy for the mistake made and after talking to him nicely and telling him about the situation he walked away. When my server came I told her that the manager was not being professional and the Manager whos name is Chris, confronted me and asked are you calling me out. He wanted a fight im sure of it. Honestly since Jim Thomas sold his establishments, they have gone down in the quality that Jim worked so hard to get. If you want rude managers and want to deal with an inept owner then this is the palce for you. And by the way they have a lunch special on tuesday that is grilled cheese with ham for $10. Im finding another place to go from now on.

Went here with a group of friends a few days ago for Wednesday wings. The selection for wings was excellent and they were well made. Since the new owner has taken over they've made a lot of improvements. They were sampling a recipe for curry chicken and gave us all a free taste test. I would definitely recommend this place, and may make it my regular bar.
