My mom was gifted a massage from here for Christmas last year. She opted for the hot stone massage. She ended up with a 3rd degree burn on her back from one of the stones. When I called to explain what happened, I was told "I'm sorry, but what would you like me to do?" Now my mom is stuck with a scar on her back for the rest of her life because of a careless massage therapist.
