Clean newly renovated hotel. I like that it's part of the SPG family but feels like an independent boutique hotel. Good restaurant, cool rooms and a decent lobby area. The neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges but offers easy access to lots of good restaurants and bars. Good coffee near by also.

I called ahead, and asked for a room on the highest floor (with the best view of the church) they could give. They gave the 17th, with a dead center view of the church. The room was spotless, and very beautiful. The whole hotel was well kept, super clean, shiny, perfect. A swanky modern look everywhere. Very close to the old parts of town, and just feet from many fancy shops and grocery. The whole trip was made easy, and perfect with help from the hotel. The hotel was very silent, even though I could I see many people around. The parking garage was roomy, and easy to drive around in. The house keeper came by and provided service while we were gone, and did all the things required (didn't skip anything.) A Nespresso machine in the room (with a menu to explain the flavors of coffee - helpful). I could go on.. great price, perfect location, new, great staff. Wine vending machine in the lobby..

Customer service. St Roch area. Pool spa like atmosphere. Multiple eateries and brasseries and supermarkets abound. Easy walking to Historic downtown? Well if you enjoy 850 meter climbs and hikes up steep streets then wonderful. If not? Grab a taxi they will gladly call one for you! Enjoy!

We have stayed here three times, and will again if we are ever in Quebec city again. The rooms are modern and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I loved the fuzzy robe provided in the bathroomsand the verbena soap. Also very quiet rooms. The staff is very friendly and the whole hotel is beautiful. Honestly the best price for an upscale stay. Room service was very good as well, and the restaurant Table is delicious. It was a lovely place to stay and relax during our long road trip.

I love this place. Front desk staff member was very friendly. Outside staff helped me with parking as I was little confused getting in. There is some construction going on first flow but did not disturb me. I loved my room. It's beautiful, simple and comfortable. Room rate was very reasonable for Quebec and good price and services compare to US hotels I stayed.
