I have been ordering from this place very often, even though they are very over priced. There have been many problems getting the right order. Once they really messed up and refused to give me any kind of discount on my next order. The people that work here are terrible at taking orders and being kind to their regular customers. The food, if you wish to deal with them, is good enough for the area.
Update: I have been desperate enough to eat sushi again and must update, the food, not so good anymore, the service still is horrible. I even got an arrogant comment from my server.

My family and I have been to Sakura a couple times and have always had a good experience. The teppanyaki dinner is very entertaining and keeps the kids happy. We have also been in the front area for sushi and enjoy all the food very much. The service has always been good. I request this restaurant to anyone who really enjoys quality food.

Just wanted to add a different view (without questioning Marc's unfortunate experience). We've been to sakura twice and both times had no problems with service (although they were not take out). It's a very pleasant place to have a meal at and although the sushi doesn't compare to what you get in larger centres like Vancouver, Seattle or L.A. it's been reasonable value, we thought.
