Very poor not to be trusted ordered 12 yards of top soil was delivered at a generous count 9 yards called to see what they would do took information said they would call back never heard from them again will never deal there again

I had terrible customer service from the yard to the counter. I had some issues with pricing and miscommunication and ended up paying 3x the amount I should have and not even the owner of the company would do anything about it. I took my business elsewhere and will for now on. Much better place and better price and product at the other place I went.

Ordered 10 yards of garden soil following product advice from employee, Susie; Excellent product and great pricing. VERY minor issue when delivered but Susie and Manager remedied quickly; Fantastic service and extremely friendly and courteous staff. HIGHLY recommend.

Terrible warranty policy - 50% in store credit is all that they offer. Also, pay attention to the NO warranty policy if you purchase something on sale!! Terrible service at the west end location on Lansdowne. They spent 15 mins looking for "niki" before another lady finally said she could help. After handing her the receipt and explaining that a tree i bought from them in the fall died she informed me that it was on sale and there is no warranty on it. I mentioned to her that I was told there is a warranty on it and she said "Well I'm not going to tell you you're a liar" so ill give you a 50% credit towards another one. Then she said they do not have that type of tree in stock. I asked if she could look into when it would be arriving and she said "that would involve calling someone". Terrible terrible experience.
Will not be going back.

Quality p,ants ...helpful , knowledgeable my only complaint they jad no sign up on labor day holiday of closure.....one location was open other closed ....
