Have been there 3 times and the last 2 time they cracked and was told 40.00 for fill but when finished they charched me 60.00. Not going back

Horrible service. They ask you to pay before they complete your nails. I also had to tell the "nail designer" that she missed painting a part of my nails multiple times. She rushed and did a horrible job. She gave so much attitude when I told her she missed painting a few spots. If you look closely you can see a line at the base of the nails, those are the areas she missed and I had to ask her to paint.
They had a few walk-ins, and while my nails was in the process of drying they asked me to leave the table and sit elsewhere while my nails dry. It was so embarrassing. Plus the place looks so run-downed, dirty, and ghetto. Some of their equipment are even damaged. Believe me when I say this is the worst nail spa I've been to. And I regret I even tipped them.

My biggest pet peeve is when a service is rushed. First time I went here the young lady took her time and did a wonderful job. Second time I had an older lady and at first (when I was the only customer there) she took her time prepping my feet for the pedi but as soon as more customers walked in she rushed. She quickly splat on two thick coats of base colour and then some top coat here and there missing about half of my nails and then moved onto to the next person. I sat for about 45 mins to let it dry thoroughly but it was still gooey at the end (probably because the coats were so thick) and she proceeded to accuse me of touching it causing finger marks... anyway I had to go back to work so I asked to have it all removed as I did not want the polish to transfer onto my shoe. This place seems to be a hit or miss but you'll have to pay full price everytime regardless so may as well go somewhere else! Was pretty disappointing to pay $40 for no polish !!

Friendly staff and fabulous job on the gel nails and designs. Lacking on the customer attentiveness though. Long appointments so would be nice to be offered water or coffee ...nothing fancy.
