Nathalie is amazing! It was my first ever wax (in an *ahem* sensitive area). Felt very comfortable. It was inevitably painful, but she very understanding and chatty, which helped distract me. haha Offered breaks if I needed any, answered all questions pleasantly.. definitely made my first experience an easy one. Also, I had cancelled my previous appointment same day, and she was very accommodating. I will be going back!!

Got a manicure and pedicure done by Natalie and she was warm, welcoming and did a wonderful job. Had a variety of colour for nail polish but didn't have enough time for french tips. Would recommend to others.
