one star is too much 0 is better! the worse bank ever - I got a call from some lady asking me to justify my 500 to 1000 dollar transactions from my account to my wife's - no other bank ever called me to ask me where did I spend my five dollars....not happy at all

Poor service. I was asking for my money, not begging for money. But the teller at this Branch ( Zhiewei Qin). The worst teller that I ever seen. So rude. He threw me MY money, threw me MY confirmation transaction. Attitude problem. Terrible.. ..............................

what to say i called from ottawa they answer overseas and the girl that picked the phone did not know anything,weird accent,low quality of phone call since they are using voip good luck hsbc

If 0 stars was possible this bank would get it. Absolute disaster dealing with staff and their horrible costumer service. We are currently switching our account to TD but truth be told putting money under the mattress would be a better investment than banking with HSBC
One positive is that while waiting in line you usually bond with other disenchanted costumers.
Even when you complain nothing happens, because all calls have to go to Vancouver.
