I started going here since the Scarborough location had closed. Last visit they forgot our appetizer, and had to be reminded when we were wondering why we had our dinner and still no appetizers. Its fine, they discounted the appetizer, but still, bad practice. Today I brought my entire family- not just my wife and I. I had to call a waitress and cancel my order 45 minutes later, I was so fed up with waiting. My poor wife and daughter were so ravenous they ate the ice cold dinner that came out 15 minutes later after that. They fully discounted the entire meal though I insisted on paying for what was eaten. I won't be back to this location.

We had the steak and chicken parm. The special menu had just changed but they still let my husband have the chimichurri sauce from the previous menu. Our server Thea was great, very efficient but didn't hover. My husband loves the wings here. Prices are reasonable.

Nice place, came here for dinner while out of town on business. Tried the smoke house sampler, it was very good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome! Could not give 5 stars due to the ribs were not meaty and they definitely did not fall off the bone. The brisket was my favorite, it had great flavor.

Good Location, lots of parking, fast and polite service. Quite family friendly and lots to choose from (the usual kind of bbq/burger/steak/grill menu). Kids can color their menus with crayons provided and even doodle all over the disposable paper table clothes.
