Vickie is absolutely amazing. Very conscientious and detailed in her assessment of injury. Very knowledgeable of pre-hab. Our daughter has bee training with her for a few months now and already we can see a difference in her performance in both her PWHL level hockey and Intermediate Rep Box Lacrosse.
Vickie is also very accommodating and shows a genuine care and interest in her clients. I highly recommend consulting her for a proper recovery and injury prevention.
