Staff is very nice and makes sure you're comfortable. My dental hygienist Michelle was very thorough and always checked in to make sure there was no discomfort during my cleaning.

Came here for the first time on Sept 30th for cleaning and periodontal check. my hygienist Joly (spelling?) was very welcoming and thorough. Left feeling mikd discomfort which is all within reason after a cleaning but way better than others I've had in the past. Staff are all very warm and accommodating. Definitely coming back.

very clean office with own washroom as well as a keurig machibe. very professional. great hours and very accomadating. even sends text reminders for appointments.

Remarkable staff which are exceptionally helpful in providing reminders as to when each appointment is via text message. Quick to get back to you should any questions and concerns arise at any time.

DentalZen Clinic is the BEST!!!! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Anyone can call and speak with manager extraordinaire Raj - She's awesome! She knows how to communicate with patients from people who have never been to the dentist to speaking with people with advanced dental knowledge. She can literally answer any question. The facility is so clean and organized. The machines and dental equipment are top of the line.
The dentists are by far the best dentists ever. My father is a hard working long haul truck driver and was in town only for a little while and desperately needed his dentures and implants fixed, as soon as possible. My dad barely could eat because he was in so much pain. On the drive over all I heard my trucker father say was "I sure don't like the dentist" "I hate going to the dentist." "I think I left my wallet at home..." you get the idea. We walk up to the office and Raj was holding the door open for my father. She warmly smiled and greeted us with coffee (perfect for my dad!) and had us take a seat while having a lovely conversation with us. The dentist came out immediately and sat down in the waiting room next to my dad and introduced himself and asked how he could help. (Nobody was in the room, so privacy wasn't an issue) I was blown away by the sincerity and kindness of this dentist. My dad, is a talker, so he told a long story of the hardships of his past dental experiences and everything he has been through has been really rough. The dentist sat and listened to the entire story. He then brought my dad back to the exam room and examined his situation. After the exam, he told him what would need to be done with certainty and confidence that this would take care of his painful dental situation. My dad made it clear that he is never in the area and can't come back a million times to keep getting work done. They understood this and did the job perfectly, my dad has never been happier and healthier. Thanks to DentalZen
