I went to Spa Tentation for a hair consultation and the hairstylist was a male black man who was unpleasant the whole time. He stated that he had no "black hair magazines" to help us find a hair cut. One hour after we made an appointment he called and said he was "uncomfortable working on the hair". He was unkind, cold, and had poor customer service. Think twice before having someone with that attitude doing your hair.

This place is s*** and over priced. I got a manicure and pedicure done for 65+$ and they did a horrible job! I've been doing my nails for almost 4 years now and this was the worst experience I ever had.
I got my makeup done on NYE, literally took her 12 mins... the eyeshadow was horrible looked nothing like the picture I showed her. The winged eyeliner was not even close to being even. She was an amateur. (I didn't say anything because I just wanted to leave) I went to the front desk to pay and she kept complimenting on my fondation. As I went outside to take a picture for my boyfriend, I noticed the foundation wasn't blended out properly! Horrible make up artist and should be fired.
It blows my mind that this place is still open... workers come and go because they realize how unprofessional this place is. It needs to shut down.
****** do not buy coupons for this salon. It's not worth it.

I would never refer this salon to anyone. I bought a Living Social Deal for only $50.00, a very good deal money wise (Shellac manicure, regular pedicure, an hour facial), and I was given another deal the same by the owner on the spot as I left, and I would never go back even if it's really cheap. I should have read the comments before buying my deal. Everything is true.
Very rude lady at the front desk that tells me my appointment was at 3 PM not 6 PM (which is impossible since I work until 4:30). She then tells me that I'm very lucky that they will take me anyway (Wow! Big favor.). She tells me that the mask is not included in the deal and if I want it it's an extra $10.00. I don't want it, but then she tells a co-worker that since I am not taking the mask, the facial will be over in 40 minutes instead of an hour.
When I get to the pedicure chair, the water is cold. The instruments they use are dirty (fear of getting fungus), and the ladies talk between themselves in their language all the time (very impolite).
Not a good place to go even if they offer cheap services.

We had 2 appointments for manicure and pedicure and for evening make up. The employee that served us barely spoke English and didn't speak French. She was very rude and unpleasant.the pedicure was done terrible and was not even. And they didn't want to fix it. In the end they fixed it but we had to wait almost an hour for the fixing to be done. An appointment for make up was cancelled because they booked the wrong time ( 2 hours than what I actually booked). It is a special occasion and now we have to look for urgent make up
not the place I would recommend
