Wonderful experience! Alison was professional, attentive and always by my side massaging either shoulders, neck, head or arms, hands and fingers while the lotions were working their magic on my face, through-out the 50 minute 'European Classic facial' today. I will definitely be back.

I had a really bad experience on my first visit at Gibson Salon Spa! Terrible service from the front-desk ! First of all, I was not well received. The two ladies receptionists had a really cold attitude with new clients. They were completely uninterested and seemed tired from working all day! It shows their lack of customer service dedication. Afterwards, the quality of the work of the estheticians was sorely lacking. Worst massage and pedicure ever! I was very disappointed and will never come back again!

Gibson Spa is one of the best Spa's that I've been to in downtown MTL. The staff is amazing and the Spa itself is gorgeous!! I get my manicure done by Mona at least once a week, and get my hair dyed and cut there as well by Annie who is an amazing stylist and colorist!! Love the 30% discount on all services on Sundays...super worth it. I definitely recommend this Spa to anyone that is visiting or lives in downtown Montreal.

Gibson Spa has the most welcoming and friendly staff that I have ever encountered at a hotel spa before. The receptionists are always ready to greet you with a smile on their face. I get many services done at this spa such as: Shellac on my nails, waxing and from time to time a message and I have zero complaints because the services are always done with such care. Not only do the staffs know how to make your experience amazing, but the spa itself is very nice and also very very clean.
I recommend this spa to anyone who will be staying at the Queen E as well as for people who live in Montreal because not matter what you leave Gibson Spa feeling relaxed and pampered.

Was there this Saturday for my hair and I absolutely loved it! I also had a Kerastase treatment and the scalp massage was fantastic!!! Went back Sunday for a shellac manicure and found out they have 30% off all services every Sunday! I'll be back, thanks Gibson Spa!
