Its located in Montreal china town, during holiday or weekend it's busy ,a lot of shops and restaurant with oriental favour,

It has potential, but it's been the same since its opening a few years back, that is, it just feels empty, with a few stores here and there and not much else.

Very deserted for a plaza, not many stores. Your typical Asian shop that sells whatever. Easy access to the G&D market in the basement though. Noodle restaurant in street level as well as a crab shack type restaurant that opened recently.
