The internal parking is great for when it rains, but apart from the 3 big stores (walmart, Michaels and Marshall) it's mainly deserted with a lot of vacant lots.

A bit small, but easy location to get to, at least from my place. Suffers from competition of nearby malls. Noteworthy, there are shops there hard to find in other malls, if found at all.

A big plus is the underground parking. Lots of space.
Alot of stores and easily accessible with the elevator. All your shopping needs in one location.
