Would give them 4 stars if the place up to date and respond to standards. The food was good for the price and I didn't get sick afterwards! But guys all PFK are the same in Canada, under staffed with a target clients of the less fortunate. Look at the bright side; this give the less fortunate a place to eat a whole dinner with their family for $20! And here we are complaining about PFK when we are accustomed to $20 burgers and comparing that standard to PFK clearly don't make any sense! In other countries KFC is really equivalent to McDonalds, but it's just not the same here in Canada. Stop generalizing and start encouraging them, we don't want them gone from Montreal!

when you order take out, its always super greasy, like literally there's oil at the bottom of the barrels, liquid just around the barrel, and sometimes the crispy chicken is so hard you can break a tooth on it, the tendre chicken strips are SUPER salty, unedible, and this time I ordered the flatbread chicken sandwich, out of all 6 of the sandwiches I ordered 5 were the spicy ones, and we couldn't eat them, of course, no response from the store on the matter. last time I order there. might as well get frozen breaded chicken at the supermarket and cook it myself. cheaper and much less greasy.

Even when there isn't alot of people, Service is slow. Food is alright and depending on the staff, they might be nice or downright rude.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. Awful awful service. They forgot half my order, and then had to be convinced to bring me the rest! I called the actual location, and they hung up on me, and then took the phone off the hook!!! I called customer service, and the guy was only helpful after I stated how absolutely ruined my meal was. I was waiting on gravy for my fries, and now my fries are ice cold. I asked for a free small fry, and he said, no you can put your old ones in the oven. I flipped. I'm going to file a formal complaint with KFC Canada. Never had such bad service, from any restaurant, especially not a multi-billion dollar corporation. Overpriced food and no quality of service.

Follow up.... they rectified it after I complained for 20 mins on the phone, piping hot fresh fries and gravy. So in the end, I am upgrading them to a 3 star, but be warned. Your experience might suck!

Of the six piece bucket, about half was edible. The other pieces tasted dried out and old -- even though it was a fairly busy Saturday. One kid at the cash new what she was doing -- the other was clearly inexperienced and the person working the kitchen seemed pretty clued out.
