Food is great and authentic. I absolutely love the mango lassi. Service can be slightly slow. But worth it.

I love the food, and the experience at this place. We do not have patience to eat fresh and good food thats why we always blame them saying that they take too long to serve our food , i understand we have to wait 35 mintues for our food or may be an hour on weekends because they are fully packed on weekends. But we get fresh food. And for the service you can understand there are 200 people in the hall and waitress trying their best to serve everyone. If you did not get your food for half an hour its not the fault of waitress because food comes from kitchen. We should understand them in busy time, its hard for them to switch the table in busy time because they have so many other works to do. Just try to put you on thier place. Its nothing personal may be they need more staff.

Awful service eat in and take out. This would be the second time I've made an order over the phone, gave the persons name who is picking it up and when they get there, the rude waitress says "they don't do it by name, they need the phone number." if you need the number, then ask for it when your taking the order!
Last time they screwed up the order completely on top of the who made the order mess.
When you go there to eat in, it takes forever to get your food... 45 minutes can go by. Their basement and washrooms are a nightmare. 3rd world countries have seen cleaner and updated facilities. I'm surprised inspector's haven't shut this down...
Shame on Montreal inspector's for that one.

Economical Indian food but very poor services. The servers put plates on the edge of the table and slide it towards you. I don't think I'm ever going back again. Food is good but the staff is disrespectful in many ways. Two stars just because of the authentic Indian taste for some dishes.
