I didn't have a great experience overall, but it wasn't bad either. I would say the high price was what annoyed me most, but the room was a bit dusty and the staff not as welcoming as I prefer. I can't say it was bad because it was about average.

Huge room. Good staff. Better for a long stay than the 2 nights we had as couldn't really take advantage of the fridge and cooking facilities. Fridge was actually quite loud overnight, possibly because it's usually empty. Breakfast is quite good just cereals, berads and pastries in the lobby but mostly good quality. Partner thought the room was a bit masculine for her taste. Bathroom should be bigger given the amount of space.

A great spot to travel with family. We had a one bedroom suite and the space was huge. Decently equipped kitchen and friendly staff. Would recommend in a heartbeat for any one travelling with more than 2.

I would have given it 4 stars, but for a peeve: Parking was supposedly included. I'm picky abt this because I have arthritis and bad knees. There was no parking available. Apparently you are supposed to "reserve" a spot. I had to park 1/2 a block away and walk three flights(no elevator) of a dark, cold public underground. Street parking is $3/30 minutes. My parking costed me a total of $22 for one night's stay!
The room was an apartment. Very spacious, lots of extra room and kitchen-equipped. If parking is not an issue next time, I'll be happy to stay here.

I honestly cannot wait to go back. The rooms are huge. My room had two armoires, two extremely comfortable couches, a dining room set, three other tables, etc. The people were super sweet and accommodating. The location is safe and close to almost everything. I'm already planning a trip back.
