It meets the basic needs in a hotel room. Tiny but clean and good service. Not handicap accessible. Don’t park out back it’s a narrow lane way and I got needles in my back tires.

General manager is awesome
A few staff are vacant - and have zero desire to WOW the customer,. Wait WOW is too much for the first step,. care. nope too generous,. Acknowledge. Again when they are not on personal call,. . Ah some staff need a little lesson on how not to be rude

This Hotel is A1! From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by seasoned professionals at the front desk. The excellent service continued with every Staff member we encountered.
Our hotel room was very clean and had excellent amenities.
Our breakfast was delivered to us at the exact time we had asked for it.
Our other requests were taken care of immediately.
The Hotel is located in a excellent location to explore Montreal.
The Excalibur service has prompted me to spend another four days beginning tomorrow.
I trust that you will find this wonderful Hotel and to book a vacation soon!

Old decoration but clean enough hotel. Next to a lot of shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the room. Fridge in the room.

The room is extremely small , there was no iron , no hairdryer. It isn't worth the price. The only thing that is good about it is that's in a great location, nice and quiet with good sun light. Close to everything.
