I don't know how this is even listed as a "hotel," as I've stayed in cheap hostels all over Europe that are like the Saudi King's bedroom compared to this. The girl at the reception was not the friendliest. There are no elevators. The wifi is awfully slow. We had to ask the reception for an extra blanket, as the room was freezing, and there was no way to turn on the heat. Room 203 has no bathroom. Just a sink in the room. The room is very, very dark. There's a sheet of plastic covering the window, probably a failed attempt at insulation. No breakfast included. Super thin walls - you can hear everything. A television that is probably as old as I am. Don't even bother staying here unless absolutely everything else in the city is booked.

Wonderful all the way through! We stayed there a few years back on a trip to Montreal. The room was spacious and had an upper loft perfect for a couple and extra patron. The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful and the brunch offered on the spot was perfect for a cute romantic morning breakfast.

The quality of my room was nothing like the photos on their website booking page. AC unit was very old and louder than a tank. Many things in the room didn't work. I stayed there 4 nights and only one staff member tried to help. The interior decoration was cheesy. There is no elevator in the building so you will need to carry your luggage all the way up. For the same price, better to AirBnB.

This was my first time staying here. My first impression was not the best at first but after checking in, I realized this hotel is what it is. It has an old feel to it and not modern like other newer hotels that I'm used to. We were welcomed with a smile by the front desk staff Jessica who was very helpful and polite throughout the time we spent there. I would totally recommend this hotel.

I was here in July and quite enjoyed it. My room was nothing fancy but I didn't expect it to be. I was there with lots of friends and viewing everyone's rooms was hilarious. Every single one was different and had quirks that we all found hilarious. See if you can find the "Harry Potter" style room haha. Nice staff. Easy to get work done from my laptop in the main area next to the coffee machine. Don't expect super fancy at all... but it's a pretty fun place.
