Too messy. Super uncomfortable bed( and dirty)
The tiniest sink, can't fit 2 hands not even talking about washing faces. Showed too small u can't even vent to wash it feet/ will bump ur head on the wall/ only straight standing up position.
And have to pay for parking. 24 dollars

Terrible place to stay. Place was super dusty, I had to wipe off the tables and walls as clumps of dust were floating around everywhere. No air conditioning in summer time, and the front desk didn't have any extra fans! Front desk was super unhelpful and pretty rude about it. Cheap place to stay but not worth any amount of money.

Avoid at all cost! I had to live here for a month because of uqam explore program. Bedbugs+zero customer service+very inconvenient laundry method.

staff are friendly and good but the manager is a real jerk, he refuses the simplest requests that don't cost a single thing "just because".

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Some employees are nice I'll give you that, but some of them are rude and make you feel like you're disturbing them. I lived there two years and they had recurring cockroaches issues and took weeks to get rid of the problem. Some employees will even scream at you if you ask them something. Do not get fooled by the price, there is a reason it is low and to be honest, even such a low price as this is expensive for what you're getting there.
