We came to The Ritz as a group of friends celebrating my sisters' birthday! The music was great, but when my boyfriend bought shots for the birthday girl we started to have problems. The bartender returned with the change and when my boyfriend saw that change was missing, he assumed it was automatically taken for the tip. She freaked out and immediately called the bouncer. We tried to speak and explain our situation to the bouncer but he simply told us that the waitress told us told us to leave, hence, we had to leave. All in all, the experience was unjustified and we hope to find a good solution to a problem that we hope doesn't persist (the bartender stealing from clients and being able to get the clients kicked out).
