We made a vip reservation for the club for 15 ppl. When we got there we had to wait to get seated and once they did bring us to our table they were trying to get us to sit at a table for 6?? Where would the other 9 girls sit? After bringing this ridiculousness to the attention of the establishment and arguing back and forth we finally got crammed into a bigger table. If you weren’t able to accommodate us you shouldn’t have taken our reservation or money for bottle service. Music was really good tho so that warrants an extra star and our waitress was awesome! It ended up being a fun night despite the initial headache.

I had made reservations for my daughter's 18th Birthday which was for 11:30 pm at night for 20 people in the V.i.p. section. It ended up being the worst night of her life. When they got there at 11:30 pm The bouncer told them that it shouldn't be long for them to get in the club. The girls waited patiently while the bouncer would let everybody else in. My daughter kept on asking when they would get in but they ignored her. meanwhile 2 hours passed and still nothing. The girls were cold and tired till finally they couldn't wait anymore. This ruined my daughter's night and her 18th B-Day. There is no respect or any class when it comes to Buonanotte. If you are planning to go there think again.

The food was okay and the waitstaff was mediocre, but when I did not tip to the waitress's liking she made sure to come over to me and let me know that, "Tips are not included in the bill". Annoyed, I decided to brush that off and offer a "more decent" tip, but I did not have cash on me so I told her that I was going to have to tip on my card. She told me that she would have to speak with her manager, and to my surprise, the manager had no problem with me giving the waitress and extra tip- he did not even check with me to ask if everything was alright. I checked my bank account after visiting the restaurant and I found THREE $9.58 charges made by the restaurant, in addition to the first bill and the second time I tipped. I was exttrmely unimpressed with everything this restaurant had to offer. I would certainly not recommend to anyone. I am very disappointed and feel as if I just wasted a ridiculous amount of money. I hate to give a bad review but it was totally necessary! I will be going back to this restaurant tomorrow to express my dissatisfaction.

While I can't say I had a diverse dining experience (Everyone at the dining event had the same thing), what food I did have was absolutely delicious! The waitstaff was attentive without hovering, and the atmosphere while simple was very elegant in its simplicity. When I return to Montreal, I plan to see what else this gem has to offer!

The place has a lot of potential. Great music and vibe but the service is severely lacking. We had a large group so I did expect service to be slow; however we waited an hour without drinks. Drinks came with our food. The food was not great but that wasn't a surprise-- we didn't go there for great food. We planned for bottle service after dinner. Since they flip this restaurant into a club every weekend, I did expect there would be more organization to this process. It was chaos and we were forgotten about for more than an hour again. I had to hunt down the the manager multiple times to get us taken care of. He tried to "make things right" by providing us with shots on a few occasions, but just wanted what we ordered and what we were paying for. He really didn't understand that shots weren't a resolution to our issues. We didn't let it ruin our night by any means, but if I had to do it over again I would have went elsewhere. Two stars because the music was great and the manager at least tried to make up for the bad service.
