Had sugaring done here because I couldn't get in with my usual place. Nice, clean place and the staff were friendly. However I didn't have a great sugaring experience. I got a Brazilian done with half leg. There seemed to be a lot of hair breakage with the Brazilian which she added was probably because she had 'never seen someone with such coarse hair' but I found that odd because my usual sugarer has never had a problem with breakage on me. So because of that I left there with a lot of hair still in place. It also took her a really long time to do both services compared to my usual place. I left in a hurry as my boyfriend was waiting for me outside 30 extra minutes longer and he was going to be late for work so I didn't realize that I paid too much for services!!! On the website they advertise Brazilian and half leg as $62. But on my receipt I noticed that the base pay without taxes came to $80, with taxes $90 and with added tip over $100!!! I can't believe I paid that much. I think because of the service I had and how much hair was missed (a lot) I should have gotten a discount regardless of how long it took instead of having been overcharged. I just left dissatisfied and won't be returning for services again unfortunately.

Had an amazing manicure with Susanna today! She was fantastic and had excellent attention to detail with the application of the shellac (i am picky!) I AM VERY IMPRESSED and will be back for sure! The ladies at Sugar Mama were very nice and accommodating for my friend and I who wanted to stop in over our lunch hour.
