The staff is amazing, great service!!If I have any critisizim, please offer services that are more up and coming like the overy sparing nuter for dogs.Also some advice for not just this clinic, but so many other clinics in the Kitchener Waterloo area. Please, Please, I beg, put loved pets down if they need aggressive treatment! It is so wrong to push owners to feel guilty when they cannot affordand/ or disagree with aggressive treatment for sick, injured or dieing animals . Please do not be an opportunistic clinic that does not support keeping an appropriate and reasonable balance and perspective because there are too many vets that push for profit instead of rationalizing a family's very difficult decision.

Dr. Gyorffy is one of the best vets in the KW area. We finally found a knowledgeable, patient, personable and understanding vet who we can trust. He does not push unnecessary tests on us and thoroughly explains his diagnosis and treatment with options. You get what you pay for and you get full value for your money here. Highly recommended.

Mitchell Animal Hospital has taken excellent care of all of our family pets throughout the years (6 pets,3 cats and 3 dogs). They are thoughtful, kind, thorough and all go out of their way for your pet. Everyone seems to know your pet by name. I wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. They're part of our family and deserve the best!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Mitchell Animal Hospital. We have a senior cat with some chronic health conditions and we are so happy with the care she receives from Mitchell. We have seen Dr. Amber and Dr. Natalie and they are both extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very kind. The techs and reception team are fantastic too! I highly recommend Mitchell to anyone looking for a skilled, caring team to look after their pet.

We started bringing our senior cat to Mitchell Animal Hospital when we moved into the area. We saw both Dr. Gerald and Dr. Natalie at different visits and were impressed by both of them and also by the friendliness and kindness of their support staff. They did a stellar job helping to make Tansi comfortable during her last few weeks, great advice in determining how much care she needed (and being mindful of cost versus efficacy), and their compassion helping us through the end stages was incredible. When we are ready for a new addition to our family, we will be returning to Mitchell Animal Hospital.
