My poor puppy is experiencing a skin irritation issue. Took her in for the same issue 3 times.. still no solution, still no care shown the the hospital and on top that, feel I got robbed for $120 for a 15 minute visit each time, with no results..

After having multiple bad experiences with my previous vet I decided to take my pup here as instead, I've taken my pet rat here in the past and was blown away with how sweet and caring the vet was. Just took my 4 month old pup here today for a checkup and shots and she was so good with my girl. Very informative and doesn't push every vaccine/medication under the sun just to get extra bucks. Also she didn't criticize me when I told her I feed my dogs a raw diet, which I was SO happy about as my former vet constantly put me down for it. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, would definitely recommend coming here! Will be taking both my husky, jack Russell/chihuahua x and cat here!

Not a bad place for ur pet to go to. Dr Clark is a friendly educated and helpful vet. His replacement when hes gone is quite the opposite and should be fired. I hope she is

I love this place! The whole team at Clark Animal Hospital is amazing. They are always there when you need them most. Thorough and considerate explanations, always taking the time to make sure you understand and have always brought peace of mind. They do NOT stack the bill with unnecessary charges. Appointment scheduling is properly coordinated , no wait times. And the price for food and treats is that of comparison to any pet store around town.
They actually make your vet trips a fun adventure for you and your pet.

My parents and I have been taking our dogs and cats to Clark for 20+ years and have always had a great experience. They have helped us with everything - regular checkups and shots, various illnesses and injuries, weight management, teeth cleaning/dental surgery, and helping us say goodbye to our furry loved ones gently and kindly when the time came. Every visit they are kind and caring, explain what is happening and what the information means, as well as the options available to us. When I moved to the far side of Waterloo I continued to take my pets here rather than switch to somewhere closer because I know I can trust them.
