I booked a nail appointment for TWO at 5:45pm and when we arrived they said we were only written down for 1 person.... I waited 45 minutes while my friend got her nails done and i still hadn't been seen. I will not return. Thank you for wasting my time.

Terrible experience. I scheduled a manicure for myself and my friend to have manicures done together. We got there and they started my friend while I waited. Two people walked in after us to get pedicures and they were served right away at the same time while I waited. After about ten minutes of waiting a lady started to do my nails and half way through she went back to finish the pedicure. After about another ten minutes she returned to finish my manicure. When it came time to pay I had a stamp card with one stamp left. I paid for mine and got the stamp and then wanted to use the card to get the free manicure for my friend. The lady refused to take the card and then finally said it only covers regular manicures and still charged me $15. Every stamp I received on the card was for a shellac manicure and no where on the card does it say “free manicure excludes shellac.” I have been here many times but I will not return. The service seems to get worse each time. I will find a new place to take my money.

Worst experience ever! My bf and I have been getting our nails done for 15 yrs. We decided to try this place out as it is right beside my work. We booked appointments, my bf was having a manicure and shellac finish, and I was having shellac finish with a design. Because I did not want a manicure I was told I could not have my nails done and we were asked to leave. I have since spoke with other people from my work who have had similar horrible experiences with the salon.

They're so friendly and sweet. I call one Saturday and they booked me in for a pedicure on Sunday morning. It was such a pleasant relaxing experience. I think I've found my nail place away from Toronto.
