My first experience was bad , very poor customer service at the front desk, for example they asked me twice to call my insurance co ,and she said I make a favor for you by calling insurance to find ur coverage .

Great office!! Front desk is so helpful and the hygienist are so wonderful!!
Dr K was so gentle with my son! Very happy!! Highly Recommend!!

One hygenist,very through but painful. Treated me where no treatment was called for. I do not trust this office to give me the best care possible. Seem fine off the bat, but are not trustworthy..
Update: I suspect they were doing unnecessary work to bill insurance.

The receptionist is completely not professional she on more than one occasion has called not only with some attitude towards me and my brother and today specially calls due to the fact I couldn't make it to my appointment due to the kidney issues I have been experiencing for the last month. She then has the audacity to talk down to me and basically imply I'm not a man for calling in for myself. She doesn't even know what pain I am in due to my kidneys, which is so severe that I can't work regardless it is NON of her business, we'll pay the fee not her. She is ( not I ) the one at work and is suppose to remain a professional at ALL TIMES while at work and she chose to make it personal. Also I've overheard two staff members mocking me due to some crowding i have on my lower teeth. We're paying customers! I actually enjoyed meeting with Dr. Marius he's a professional and a swell guy but it's too bad some of his staff have an attitude problem and made our experience one to forget. Should be ashamed of themselves!

I will highly recommend Highland Hills Dental for extended dental care as implants ,bridges, crowns, endo and tmj appliances for kids and adults
