Awful food, awful service. Had to wait a long time to receive our food even though we were probably the only three customers in the whole restaurant, and the chicken parmesan came with white sauce and tomato sauce, leaving me extremely confused, not to mention it was simply just a strange flavour profile that just shouldn't happen. I'm Italian, and I've never seen chicken parmesan served like that. Stick to one sauce and you'll be better off.
Also, my mom found a hair in her pasta, and once we decided that we no longer really wanted to eat, the staff were extremely unapologetic and insincere, leaving us extremely dissatisfied and actually angry when we left. Do better.

Strongly recommended! I am not a fan of salads, but the appetizers cesear salad was amazing! The French onion soup was also full of flavours.

Had a very nice dinner there last night.
Escargot had bacon on it and I'm not a fan of bacon, softer bread to soak up the butter would be an asset.
We enjoyed the whistle stop beer and you get to take the milk bottle home.
Pay attention to your bill, ours had the gratuity added to the bill!!!

Frankie Pesto's leaves a lot to the imagination.
I have dined at Frankie Pesto's several times and I have yet to have an experience I would classify as anything better than one of the "y's" restaurants (eg: Kelsey's, Casey's). It is a very mundane restaurant with a very mundane dining experience.
The pasta is not much more memorable than store bought dried pasta and a can of sauce, and the protein additions are nothing to write home about either.
This restaurant has a lot of potential, an excellent location, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

We came in for a late dinner and weren't dissapointed. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the place has a nice ambience. Service was great and found menu selections to be reasonably priced. Impressive dessert selection as well. Caesar salads were mediocre but the quality of our pasta's made up for it. Limited Italian restaurants in Kingston but this place has my vote.
