Horrible adherence to appointment times and poor customer service.
Thank you for your response – but, unfortunately, before booking, I clarified the importance of my appointment being on time and also asked how long it would take, and the girl on the phone said it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. I understand appointments can run behind, and I've sat and waited before when not in a rush, but when reassured it would be on time by one of your employees before booking (otherwise, I wouldn't have booked), is the issue. And, 15 minutes is an understatement. I have been there multiple times, and appreciate the services I have had in the past, but from my experience the other day and also you're backhanded response, I will not be returning. It simply comes down to respect and educating your staff on length of visits. Best of luck!

Worst makeup I've ever had on my pre trial for grad makeup. Called back and asked if I could get refund for the makeup appointment i cancelled, said the deposit was final even though I was never told in advanced. Forced to pay $78 for one application of makeup I didn't even like
