Really good place to hang out. Never than climbing before, but the staff explained all the rules and basic information for me and my friends. The staff is super super friendly. It can be a busy place so I'd rather check when it's not so busy if you're shy. But the place is very well maintained.

Was visiting Kelowna and a local recommended gneiss climbing gym as an awesome place to climb.
I wasn't disappointed. The staff, climbing routes were amazing! I can't wait to climb at gneiss again.

The staff are friendly and it looked like a good place for adults, but I wasn't crazy about how the kids climbing area was managed or designed. I could see many opportunities for kids to get hurt as untethered kids climbed above a busy walkway, where there were many opportunities for kids to fall on top of other kids. I had no problem with the kids climbing untethered, just that kids were allowed to walk underneath.

An awesome super friendly staff with knowledge of both the climbing in the gym and all over the Okanagan. Reset on one of the 3 walls once every 2 weeks so there's always something to project. Great place for beginners and veterans alike. Couldn't ask for a better place.

What an amazing experience! Made it a "Date night" to something new that both of us had never done. Alejandro coached us on some basic skills, and with his patience and suggestions, he made our time so much more enjoyable! Thank you so much for your time! We will be back for sure!
