Very difficult to contact anyone directly at this branch. My phone calls from the employees handing my mortgage were never promptly returned. Every time I called no one was ever available.
Not everyone has time to go into the bank to speak to a human. That's why the phone was invented and is used by businesses, to expedite communication.
We won't be renewing our mortgage with ScotiaBank or have any more financial investment with them. When you have larger financial sums with a banking institution prompt attention and communication are essential. Poorly managed and frustrating customer service. Simple solution: put a human on the other end of the phone who actually works at the branch. Return calls. Treat your customers with importance. No one likes automated centralized phone service centers.

The phone call in this branch is bad, very bad.If there is nobody answer the phone call why you put it in at the first place.To be fair the bank teller ( Hayden )is nice and calm at the same time i doubt the SOP of this branch and the MR management do they even care? I don't think anyone will reply me on this.#thereisalwaysroomtoimprove

(To the reviewer below:) You should try actually walking into a bank for once and you'll find that the humans there are very kind, patient and respectful and will take all the time necessary to deal with whatever issues/information you seek.

I have had many positive experiences and not a single negative that I can recall and I've been going to this location for more than 10 years personally and have all my business accounts held at this branch.

Automated messages have nothing to do with the branch itself and are a corporate implementation to reduce overflow of customers for mundane requests and keep employment costs lower.... nothing the fault of the employees and this great branch.

If you want to speak to humans, its not hard... go to where the humans are and get off your couch and your cellphone for once before you write a negative review against hardworking individuals....

It would be really fantastic if I could actually speak to a human being when I call my bank branch in order to obtain information regarding my accounts. I wouldn't even mind waiting in order to speak directly to somebody but the fact that the automated machine keeps hanging up on me is ridiculous.

This is unfortunately not my first negative experience with this bank.
