YMCA is a great place to work out. Lots of facilities, hot tubs, updated private members areas ... the only real flaw is needing more pec decks! :)
Parking options are pretty good for the inner city. Free before 8am, lots of meter and free street parking in the area. Might take you a bit to learn it though.
Personally I would like an earlier start time on Sundays but that's a preference, not a big deal.

The SACC program is a bureaucratic disaster. But it is the only option for most parents so we're forced to use it. Utterly hopeless. For a charitable organization like the Y, I expect much higher standards and compassion.

Love going, but it would be nice if the downtown location gym got some love. Alot of the machines are run down compared to the one on Rymal. It's nice seeing the staff being super friendly with the people there that are in need of help.

I just had a wonderful experience. A young lady by the name of Amanda helped me and she was very nice, sweet, polite, and very knowledgeable and helpful. Truelly excellent service :)
