I visited said hair salon today for my daughters hair to be cut washed and blow dried now let me start by saying that she is black and she was a little upset about getting her hair cut not kicking and screaming but jus tears this lady went through all the motions of washing it and conditioning it and then she decided that she wasn't gonna cut off the amount of hair I had requested when I agreed to less she then decided she wasn't going to cut it all when I call to make a complaint I am told that if a child don't want there hair cut they don't have to but personally I think that they didn't know what to do with my child's hair I would have been grateful if they just had of said from the beginning they couldn't do it

Heather Rocked my hair with foils.... I loved the cut I received from this skilled Stylist. She was engaging and had a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend this Stylist to those with naturally curly hair as Heather did an amazing job with my locks.

I went to get my hair done here thinking it would be a wonderful and relaxing experience. I had specifically stated I wanted an experienced stylist, and they had put me with a stylist fresh out of school. She absolutely ruined my blonde hair. I had went in for highlights and to brighten my already bright blonde hair, and I left with orange roots, brown/red hair and full of tears. Not only did she mess up my hair on a thursday afternoon, she then said she could only fix it for me on MONDAY , AND she still charged me even though I was leaving full of tears and upset. I had to call the manager to get a refund, and now swear that I will never go back.
