Nice staff and renovations look good. This restaurant had a real ugly interior before and was in need for a facelift.

Renovation looks good but staff has gone downhill. Food quality has decreased since the Reno as well.
Also today I ordered 6 honey bbq chicken strips for my daughter.I wasn't sure if she would like the sauce so i asked if they could do half without sauce (you can order then in 3's as well). They told me no. I pleaded politely and the staff refused still.
Thanks for nothing, want us to try new things on the menu I am sure you could have done what I asked and wrang in the flavored ones and asked the cook to set 3 aside. We have all worked in the industry and it wasn't a tough request. Also my burger with easy sauce was clearly ignored as well.

Take from the review what you will. But we will be going elsewhere for awhile.

Service and ice cream is excellent as expected. The potato skins were lacking.....2 (only 1 and a half really) for $3.99 is really not worth it. The side salad however would have been worth the $2.49 if it wasn't a few days past its prime.

Place looks good but why is it so cold here, are they afraid the ice cream will melt. It is so cold the employees are wearing coats and sweaters. Food was good and what we expected. Wait time about 10 minutes.

Since the renovations the new staff are really incompetent. I am constantly needing to explain multiple time left what I am trying to order because they don't understand. Food is inconsistent, sometimes the ice cream looks like it's supposed to, sometimes it's half full with barely any toppings. The last time I was in there, there were only 2 people in line it was not busy at all, but there were at least 8 cashiers on ththe floor all standing in th corner chatting instead of working. Despite being in every one of the royal blizzards, they have not had brownie pieces for months, and they staff can never remember whether they do have them or not causing confusion with customers and causing orders to be made incorrectly. When I tried to pay last time it took 5 tries to regain the cashiers attention because she started chatting with the group slacking in the corner and ignoring me. I have consistently had really poorly made ice creams and honestly I don't want to give this place my money anymore.
