Very rude on the phone!! For asking a very generic question. I was patronized by a woman who merely brushed me off and lost a customer. I had been in a few days ago to renew a few things and was treated like a human being.
We need less of this first type who should not even be handling customer issues in that manner. I WILL BE SURE TO PASS THIS ON AND SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS WITH CONNECTIONS TO SUCH " OUTLETS"

I think it's great!
Got to sit with the Mac himself and switch our home & auto insurance. We went over the benefits and he provided clarity on what exactly would be covered.
Recently went back to register and insure a busines.
Registered our vehicles online and saved ourselves a trip to the registry with a newborn. Great service with no problems.

When I walked in, a lady told me to wait a moment. We did for about 10 minutes. I didn't mind this too much, as I had a lot of time to spare. Then another guy came along and he and the lady were typing away on their computers. I didn't feel like a client/customer, but rather like someone who was interrupting something. When I finally got called to the desk, the guy who helped me sounded sarcastic and annoyed, giving reactions like, "*Audible tongue click, you're not wishing to do this today?" and "*Sigh, okay" and "Sure". Like, what was "Sure" supposed to mean? It sounded like I was being dismissed as quickly as possible.

Used their online registration for the first time it was quick and easy and I was promptly emailed by an employee to let me know of an outstanding ticket I needed to pay before I was fully able to register. Great experience
