The good: the store looks super elegant, I assume has a pretty varied stock, and they were able to hold an item for me for an hour, which was great because I was busing. When I asked to see it popped out of the box just to make sure it turned on they were willing.
The bad: the customer service when I got there was chilly. There was no small talk at all. No attempt in the least to upsell and the person was being so brusque that I felt like asking for batteries would be seen as a declaration of war. So i did not end up looking around, which is why I assume they have good inventory. They don't take prepaid Visa, which wasn't a huge issue, but when I asked if it was a machine thing or a store policy the person was fairly hostile. I was not being snotty because I had the money and was just curious, and I work at a job that doesn't take cash so in understand that this is what it is.
In summary: I got most of what I wanted and will go to the Tickle Trunk or the internet for batteries, lube, and future needs.

Went to purchase my favourite lubricant they used to carry. The girl said it was being stopped at the border, banned by the FDA ,and insinuated it is not a safe product.
A quick google search shows it's currently banned in the US but not in Canada and for an administration problem not anything to do with the ingredients of the product like she implied?? Glad I didn't purchase the other product she suggested instead since it was probably just a ploy.

I ordered online from Hush and had some questions about some products. I was more than pleased with all the feedback I received and it led me to get products that really suited my needs!
I won't hesitate to order again from Hush as I'm not located in Edmonton!

Hush is the only place in Edmonton that carries Swiss Navy Cooling Peppermint lube (please never stop) and they always have good incentives to shop!
