Dr. Al-Jahash Sees patients based on his professional opinion of what a person does for a Living. He Has no problem telling staff that he will only see a patient during the 1st hour of his job, when the person is ON AISH/ASSISTANCE. They DO NOT WORK and therefore they DO NOT NEED TO SEE ME at any other time of the day.... IS what he told his staff. I had a serious allergic reaction going on and was tossed out of the clinic because HE DID NOT WANT TO SEE A PATIENT ON AISH/ASSISTANCE at a booked appointment of 5:20 PM. If you see him and the girls start taking you in first thing even if your appointment is not for a while... Don't consider this courtesy as a nice gesture it is because You are probably on AISH or ASSISTANCE and he does not want you in his clinic, and you are not supposed to see him except during hours he thinks you should be seen at. It is sad that there is such a bias ATTITUDE. A patient is not supposed to be judged on their stature of pay. This is a part of the ALBERTA HEALTH ACT!!

The girls at the reception are very RUDE, they don't know how to talk to the patients. If the doctor is running behind they suppose to let the patients know. If i ask they say it happens but why they don't tell the patients? They say they call the security. When you are sick it doesnt mean that we dont have plans. Worse service i got today.

Worst clinic ever. Make you wait for over 30 mins after your appointment with a full bladder. Absolutely rediculous. Updating my review as the tech was awesome

Came in with my mother today for an appointment with a internal doctor. When we were leaving we had to book a follow up appointment. As we where booking the appointment the receptionist at the front desk sitting in the middle was talking on the phone with such bad attitude and was yelling through the phone! !!!! This clinic has great docs but that receptionist was very rude.

Always easy to get in and very kind respectful professional staff.
Interesting that I gave a good review once and this time I feel the opposite.
I am renewing "kind and respectful" they just assured me I could walk in at the place I need to get a test. Turns out that's not even close. Good thing I called first.
