They have always been efficient and friendly. The dentist is knowledgeable and fixed bad work done by a previous dentist which had been causing me daily pain. With their guidance my teeth and gums are a million times better than ever in my adult life! They have gone above and beyond dealing with insurance hiccups and scheduling snafus whenever they arose. I've been attending there for 4 years and very happy with the service.

Girlfriend had a horrible experience after getting her wisdom teeth out. She's still in pain 2 days later. Ripped the teeth out and sent her home. Ridiculous

Asked for an appointment with these people three weeks in advance for a friend who i was taking care of - they couldn't give me the date and time i requested but they offered another, on a Saturday afternoon, which we accepted (having then had to reorganize our schedule). On the day of the appointment, however, they told me (by email) that the hygienist had failed to put the appointment in their diary system and had taken the day off. This was meant to be a full check up with x-rays etc. so quite it was so dependent upon the hygienist I don't know. I explained that we had moved around a lot of things to make that date possible but they refused to juggle things around to make that day possible. As this was on the Saturday I wondered if they had left some junior person in charge and had expected to get some sort of apology and an offer to reschedule on the Monday but a week later i still have not heard anything from them. Appalling behavior towards their clients. Go elsewhere.
