I've never had bad service with Greyhound. Generally sticks to the schedule and everything from the waiting area to the bus is comfortable

it was my first time going on the greyhound all alone, and the Calgary terminal was pretty darn scary lol. Could have just been me being a baby but it seemed dirty and sketchy. And the staff don't really help with that feeling lol.

Greyhound traveling service is very fine service with full comfort. One should must try this bus service in canada. Long journey is also they make so comfortable

Really disappointing. The washrooms are not clean, the food in the cafe within the terminal is awful. The serving is plentiful but it doesn't taste good. The potato fries? There isn't even any salt added, with that said I think it is overpriced. The only good thing about greyhound is the bus service, because well they are the only bus service (as far as I know) that goes from one city to another.
