My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Meldrum for 3 years. When I first went I was having bad headaches for while.. and I had come to think of them as normal. After my first appointment I literately felt like a weight had been taken off my head. The best part of his practice is that he messages the muscles around the area he's about to crack to make the adjustment go as smooth as possible. Also he explains what he's doing and why he's doing it, which makes you feel comfortable with all the cracking that's going on. I would definitely recommended his practice for anyone looking for a chiropractor!

I had been to numerous chiropractors for years for hip and back issues until I just happened to book a massage last minute there when my back went out. At the massage, the therapist suggested I see their chiropractor Dr Meldrum which I did the next day. During that appointment Dr Meldrum recommended I get X-rays after doing a range test on me and the X-rays revealed that I grew extra bones in my hip socket which was causing bone on bone pain which required surgery. I had been in pain for years and had finally solved the mystery in the first visit. While I wait for surgery, I am getting massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractor and physio treatments at Life 'n Balance. Highly recommend this one stop shop of wellness.

I am SO happy that I have FINALLY found a good chiropractor!!
Dr. Ruff is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. Having alot of neck and back issues, I've struggled with pain for many years and have been to many chiroprators. But after the first treatment with Dr. Ruff I felt like I had a new neck!
He's kind, patient and really cares about what he does. He takes the time to make sure your needs are met.
Thank you so much Dr. Ruff for making me feel at ease right away, and for being great at what you do!
