I had originally given this pizza location a five star review, but I'm now making it a generous ONE STAR review. I'm not sure if management has changed (I believe it has), but the new staff clearly do not know the meaning of "well done" when I specifically asked that they bake it well. It's been twice now that my pizza has been under-cooked, soft, and sloppy: a stark contrast to how it used to be baked: well done and crispy, just how I like it. The New York style pepperoni I used to order would always be cooked perfectly, and delicious. These past couple times when I made the same order, it didn't even look like they used New York style, and the pepperoni was undercooked. The ceasar salad I ordered was also a huge disappointment. The croutons have no flavor, even with the dressing... just no. I might give the other location a chance, but at this point, I am done buying from pizza pizza, especially at the fairview location. They overcharged me last time, which is an embarrassing thing to do, since I'd ordered online. If you buy from here, make sure you check your bill. If you want my honest advice, don't waste your money.

Not only did they mess up my order and the driver came with my pizza 39min after it was ordered he took my cash and literally RAN OFF without giving me my change ($9) or a receipt!!! Customer service told me they would come back to rectify the issue, but of course the run away driver never came back. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET COLD PIZZA AND HAVE A DIRTY DRIVER (who put his nasty fingers in my pizza trying to tell me that this was something it was NOT!) RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME BACK!

the food is awesome but.... always check your bill. On to occasions I was charged $14.95 when The panzzorite should only be about $6.00. first time I noticed but it happened again on Saturday I have to work and hour and a half to make that money. Going to fight for a refund now ugh.
