I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and having had the opportunity to work with Josh Hewett of Top Form Fitness on several occasions, it is my opinion that he is a consumate professional, at the top of his game. I highly recommend Top Form Fitness to anyone who is seeking fitness or fat loss results, post injury functional training, or increased strength and conditioning for sports.
